One beautiful spring day a pink rose blossomed in a wooded area. Many
kinds of timber and flora grew there. As the rose seemed around,
a pine tree close by stating, “What a stunning flower. I want I became that
lovely.” Another tree said, “Dear pine, do not be unhappy, we cannot
have the whole lot.”
The rose turned its head and remarked, “It appears that I am the
maximum beautiful plant in this forest.” A sunflower raised its yellow
head and asked, “Why do you assert that? In this wooded area, there are
many lovely flowers. You are simply one in every one of them.” The purple rose
responded, “I see anyone searching at me and admiring me.” Then
the rose looked at a cactus and stated, “Look at that ugly plant full
of thorns!” The pine tree said, “Red rose, what sort of communication is this?
Who can say what beauty is? You have thorns too.”
The proud crimson rose appeared angrily at the pine and stated, “I concept
you had good flavor! You no longer know what splendor is in any respect. You can
not compare my thorns to that of the cactus.”
“What a proud flower”, an idea of the timber.
The rose attempted to move its roots away from the cactus, but it couldn't move. As the days handed,
the pink rose would take a look at the cactus and say insulting things, like This plant is useless?
How sorry I am to be his neighbor.
The cactus in no way got disillusioned and he even attempted to propose the rose, announcing,
“God did not create any form of life without a reason.”
Spring is handed, and the weather has become hot. Life became hard inside the forest, as the plants
and animals wanted water and no rain fell. The pink rose started to wilt. One day the rose noticed
sparrows stick their beaks into the cactus after which fly away, refreshed. This was perplexing, and the
crimson rose requested the pine tree what the birds have been doing. The pine tree defined that the birds were given
water from the cactus. “Does it no longer hurt after they make holes?” requested the rose.
“Yes, however, the cactus does not want to see any birds go through,” responded the pine.
The rose opened its eyes in wonder and said, “The cactus has water?”
“Yes, you can also drink from it. The sparrow can carry
water to you in case you ask the cactus for assistance.”
The red rose felt too ashamed of its words and
behavior to invite for water from the cactus, however, then it
eventually did ask the cactus for help. The cactus kindly
agreed and the birds crammed their beaks with water and
watered the rose’s roots. Thus the rose discovered a lesson
and never judged everybody by their appearance again.
